Neurodiversity: everyone's talking about it, but what does it mean?

Wednesday 30 September 2026 · 11:30am – 12:30pm · Web-event open to all

Neurodiversity is increasingly present in companies, the media and inclusion policies. Yet behind this now widely used term lie realities that are still poorly understood. Its definition often remains vague, and is frequently reduced to a limiting view of the subject.

Though often associated with neuroatypia, neurodiversity is in fact a much broader concept. What if we took the time to unpack some common misconceptions to better understand what it really covers?

With the exceptional participation of:

  • Dr Radia Salah — PhD in psychology and neuropsychologist, founder of Neurosolutions Entreprise Center. She will share her insight on ADHD, autism and other neuroatypia…
  • Manon Oudin — CSR Senior Officer at Wavestone and member of the Disability Mission. She will discuss concrete initiatives implemented in favour of neurodiversity.
  • Estelle Blemand-Zaïre — Inclusion Strategy EMEA at Netflix, who will share her personal experience.
  • Xavier Mouton — Grew up with dyslexia and a stutter diagnosed in childhood. Long in academic difficulty, he turned this journey into a genuine driver of creativity and resilience.
  • Quentin Aulon — Autistic entrepreneur ("Asperger"), French Tech laureate, founder of VAULT TECH, a company specialised in eco-responsible 3D printing, combining innovation, circular economy and resource preservation.
  • Sabrina Menasria — Speaker and founder of SINGULARITY Talent, author of Intenses and Manager les Mad Skills (Pearson).

Whether you're discovering the topic or already engaged with these questions, this web-event will give you essential insights into the definitions, realities and challenges of neurodiversity at work — to better understand, and above all, act.

Let's celebrate International Neurodiversity Day together!
